Custom Home Builder - Mitchell Craft

Hello! Thank you for your interest in Trinity Classic Homes. Since my company is designed to give each owner individual attention, I thought it would be good to introduce myself as the person supplying the individual attention!

My name is Mitchell Craft. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and am a Texas A&M graduate. Gig ‘em Ags! I am a husband of over 25 years, and father to two beautiful daughters. In the late 1980’s, my wife and I chose to move to the suburbs of Houston, to raise our girls.

I’ve been in the new home construction business for over 21 years. Starting out in 1991 as a superintendent for a local production builder, I learned the basics. Within three years I was winning contests and was considered the “Top Gun” builder for the company that now encompassed Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. I also wrote a training manual for the company, to help the new superintendents be successful in building quality homes, and having happy, satisfied home buyers. That training manual is still being used by them today. The president of the company then created a new position, to which I was promoted, that permitted me to travel from one neighborhood to another, working with the other superintendents to improve their quality as well as efficiency. After three more years, the company had grown enough to allow me to be promoted to manage both construction and sales over South and East Houston. Managing a sales staff of 12 and a staff of 12 superintendents was both challenging and rewarding.

I realized though, that I wanted to get back to personally interacting with my buyers. Helping customers create their dream homes through floor plan designing, staying within budget, and selecting features and colors to complement their personalities and lifestyle, became my desire. And so, in the summer of 2000, I started Trinity Classic Homes.

I love what I do and can’t think of any other career as satisfying. I have made wonderful friendships with so many of my buyers over the years. For me, the most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I am not just building a “house”, I am building a Home. A place where family memories are made. What can possibly be better than that?
Again, thank you for your time and interest.

Sincerely,
Mitchell Craft
