What is Our Mission?
Welcome to Trinity Classic Homes. Established in the summer of 2000, Trinity Classic Homes strives to create a bridge between production homes and custom homes. Management brings over 21 years experience and supervision of hundreds of homes to give buyers peace of mind in choosing us as your builder. (See the builder’s bio page for more information on the birth of Trinity and the builder.
Our goal is to provide our buyers with an affordable home, while still being able to enjoy the style and prestige normally reserved for pricier custom homes. Striving to create something unique for each individual home, so as to set itself apart from the “cookie-cutter” homes, is in the forefront throughout the entire process, from planning through the last phase of building. Starting with plans that are inexpensive to build, and then adding custom touches to both the inside and outside of each home, allows buyers to customize plans to their taste, budget and lifestyle. Sometimes our buyers prefer to let the builder make suggestions, or decisions, in order to maintain a certain style. Either way, a team concept is created from the beginning and carried all the way through completion of the home.
Working from a “home” office allows us to keep price per square foot costs down to a manageable number and pass the savings on to our buyers. This allows a more competitive pricing when bidding jobs. We are also constantly looking at, and educating ourselves, on new products and trends in our industry. This allows us to better counsel our buyers and offer new ideas that may not have been considered before.
While we have built many styles of homes, our signature and most popular designs attempt to bring the look of “casual elegance” forward. With extensive use of covered porches, interior stone accents, and inexpensive dynamics, we want to create a relaxed atmosphere, with even a bit of a hill country spirit, to lure you out from behind closed doors. Imagine sitting on your covered porch in the evenings and actually meeting your neighbors. The stress of everyday living slows down just a bit as neighbors become friends and your house becomes a home.
